Welcome to Furniturecenter.ae. Access or use of our website by you shall be deemed to signify your agreement to be bound by the following Terms and conditions.

1. Use of Website: The content on this website is for general information and use. It may change without notice. Unauthorized use may result in a claim for damages.
2. Availability of Product. All products are available if in stock. We are doing our best to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee stock or pricing information. An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and you have received the final confirmation e-mail.
3. Payment and Pricing: All prices are in AED and include VAT unless otherwise stated. All payments are made securely, and we respect your privacy.
4. Returns and Refunds: Returns must be made within 14 days of arrival. Items should not be used and must come with all original packaging. The store will refund the amount after the inspection. Shipping is never refunded unless through our error.  
5. Liability: We are not liable for accidents or loss due to factors not in our control. Faulty products are not replaced but are returned back or refunded.
